Urban Space Designers was a dream child of Architect Sandeep Deshpande who nurtured the company with an experience of over 30 years in Planning, Building Design & Drafting.

Sandeep held a bachelor’s degree in architecture with over 30 years of professional experience, he gained extensive Design and Project experience, working with various Government & Private Organizations. With his leadership quality, vast array of experience, exposure, he was responsible for, and led the design process for various prestigious projects, across the categories of residential, hospitality and institutional.

We are taking forward the Legacy and integrity of profession of our Late Mentor.
